Hi all!

I am sick. I got flu. I guess I got really bad cold. I hope I will get better in a few days...

There is a lot of news by myside. First of all, I upgrade my Canon EOS 40D body to brand new Canon EOS 7D body. Yeah, I payed a lot of money :/ but it is all worth it. I am still testing this baby and need some advices about advanced level cameras.

I noticed (also a lot of people noticed in digital photo camera forums) 7D has noise (digital grain) at low lovel ISO. Accually I noticed it begins after I open 18 MP RAW CR2's in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) Photoshop CS4 or CS5. I downloaded DxO 6 for trying and it has more powerful noise reduction but gave me less color ability or I couldn't figure out.

Some people are saying in forums this noise is not visible in prints. I hope so. If one day I wanna go some prints it is really bad taste to have noise in 200 ISO photograph. I will try about more combinations and perfect result with sRAW and mRAW. I really don't need 18MP photograph 'cause I don't need such print and I guess so many people don't need such print either. If I get more performance from 15MP digital photograph, why shouldn't I get it?

Another event is I went to Uludağ Wolfram Winter Camp. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uluda%C4… I was marvellous and challanging. We stayed there one night for practice training. I guess I like this mountaineering. It was 25-26 December 2010. I was freezing and hungry and couldn't get so many photos. I celebrate New Year 2011 with İTÜFK in Hatay. We were 10 people group and used plane to reach there. We stayed 1-4 January 2011 in Antakya Öğretmenevi. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antakya&… also visited Samandağ for one day trip with rent-a-car. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samanda%…

There is no hope about my Thesis. I am still waiting and I don't understand anything. I guess I am cursed about this. I will be happy, when I start some experiments...
